At Matelas Expert, we know how important it is to choose the right mattress. Our experts are here to advise you, as there are many factors to consider when determining which mattress is right for you. That’s why we offer a 120-day trial under the following conditions:
- You must purchase and use a protective mattress cover.
- You must keep your mattress for a minimum of 45 days, as the body needs a minimum period of adjustment.
- Only one mattress exchange is allowed during this 120-day period.
- When you exchange your mattress, you will receive a store credit equal to your original purchase. If your new choice is less expensive, no refund or credit will be applied for the difference.
- The replacement mattress will be charged at the price displayed in the store at the time of exchange. No initial discount can be applied to the new mattress unless it is on sale at the time of exchange.
- The exchange is conditional on the condition of the mattress. If the mattress is dirty, damaged, or the mattress protector has not been used, no exchange will be possible.
- Delivery charges will apply at the time of exchange.
- The 120-day period begins when the mattress is delivered to you.
- Applies to mattresses only.
The 120-day trial does not apply to custom-made mattresses, mattresses sold as is, demonstration models, clearance items, or mattresses with minor defects.
