120-day trial

120-day trial only for our Switchfoam models

At Matelas Expert, we know how important it is to choose the right mattress. Our experts are here to advise you, as there are many factors to consider when determining which mattress is right for you. That’s why we offer a 120-day trial under the following conditions:

  1. You must purchase and use a protective mattress cover.
  2. You must keep your mattress for a minimum of 30 days, as the body needs a minimum period of adjustment.
  3. Only one mattress exchange is allowed during this 120-day period. Three possible replacements during this period
  4. When you exchange your mattress, you will receive a store credit equal to your original purchase. If your new choice is less expensive, no refund or credit will be applied for the difference.
  5. The replacement mattress will be charged at the price displayed in the store at the time of exchange. No initial discount can be applied to the new mattress unless it is on sale at the time of exchange.
  6. The exchange is conditional on the condition of the mattress. If the mattress is dirty, damaged, or the mattress protector has not been used, no exchange will be possible.
  7. Delivery charges will apply at the time of exchange.
  8. The 120-day period begins when the mattress is delivered to you.
  9. Applies to switchfoam mattresses only.

The 120-day trial does not apply to custom-made mattresses, mattresses sold as is, demonstration models, clearance items, or mattresses with minor defects.

Limited Warranty

All our mattresses and box springs are manufactured according to strict quality standards which guarantee the best possible comfort without neglecting appearance and durability.

During 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12, or 15 years of warranty, in the event of a failure of manufacturing, we will, at our discretion, repair or replacing the mattress with no other costs than the transport. In case of replacement, we reserve the right to replace the materials or models with others of comparable quality.

With the high quality of materials found in your new mattress, it is not necessary to rotate your mattress every (2) weeks in the first (3) months or more as suggested by our competitors.

The warranty does not apply to:

  • To the covering fabric
  • The relief of the body print of less than 1 1/2 “The imprint of the body visible where you are used to sleeping is a normal feature of a good quality bedding item, it indicates the comfort layer conforms to the shape of the body
  • Products sold for commercial use

The warranty is voided if the mattress or box spring has been subjected to abuse or improper use, including but not limited to:

  • Stains or dirt spots
  • Burns
  • Inadequate support due to a used bed base, metal base or wooden base that does not allow good ventilation (condensation, moisture or mold problems)
  • Damage resulting from the folding of the mattress

Finally, the normal use of your mattress will prolong its comfort for several years. Take care of your purchase for maximum satisfaction.
