Return Policy

No returns are accepted for products.
Returns are accepted for products in their original packaging with unopened boxes or bags. A restocking fee of 20% of the product value applies. For in-store purchases, a minimum delivery fee of $50 will be charged to pick up your mattress. For online orders, obtain a return authorization number by calling 819-693-3186 and ship the package, postage paid, by a shipping method with proof of delivery. We will credit your credit card for 80% of the value of your purchase upon receipt of the product in good condition and in its original packaging.

Products damaged during shipping
If you receive a product that appears to have been damaged during shipping, immediately take photos of the packaging in the condition you received it and contact Matelas Expert customer service within 24 hours of receiving the package by email at admin@matelasexpert.com or by phone at 1-819-693-3186. We will then take the appropriate measures to retrieve the damaged package and deliver a second one in good condition. In cases where we cannot replace your product with the same or a similar product, a full refund will be offered.

120-day trial
To take advantage of the 120-day trial option on our Switchfoam models, you must purchase a mattress cover with your mattress. If, during the 120-day period, you decide to change your foam, you can choose another mattress of the same or lower price. If you choose a mattress of a higher price, we will ask you to pay the difference. Full details of the 120-day guarantee are available here.
