120-night trial

120-night trial only for our Switchfoam models
At Matelas Expert, we know how important it is to make the right choice of mattress. Our experts are here to advise you, as many factors come into play when it comes to determining the right mattress for each individual. That’s why we’re offering you a 120-night trial under the following conditions:

  1. You need to buy a mattress protector with your mattress purchase and use it.
  2. You should sleep on your mattress for a minimum of 30 days, as the body needs a minimum adaptation period. A new mattress is always harder than the demonstrator, so it too needs a period of softening.
  3. Within the 120-night period, you can adjust your comfort up to 3 times, although charges may apply.
  4. In the case of a comfort exchange, you will receive a credit for what is returned and you will be charged for a new comfort. A price difference is possible on certain exchanges.
  5. Exchange is conditional on the condition of the mattress. If the mattress is dirty or damaged, or if the mattress protector has not been used, no exchange will be possible.
  6. In the case of a home comfort exchange, delivery charges will apply.
  7. The 120-night period begins when the mattress is delivered.
  8. Applies to switchfoam* mattresses only.

The 120-day trial does not apply to mattress models that are custom-made, sold as is, demonstrator, liquidation or with slight defects.

Limited warranty

All our mattresses and box springs are manufactured to rigorous quality standards, ensuring the best possible comfort without neglecting appearance and durability.

During the first year or the 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12, or 15 years of the warranty, in the event of breakage due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the mattress at no charge other than shipping costs. In the event of replacement, we reserve the right to substitute materials or models of comparable quality.

With the high quality materials in your new mattress, there’s no need to rotate your mattress every 2 weeks for the first 3 months or more, as our competitors suggest.

The warranty does not apply to :

  • Overlay fabric
  • Body print relief of less than 1 1/2″. Visible body print where you normally lie is a normal feature of good quality bedding, indicating that the comfort layer conforms to the shape of the body.
  • Products sold for commercial use

The warranty is void if the mattress or box spring has been subjected to abusive or improper use, including (but not limited to):

  • Stains or soiling
  • Burns
  • Unsuitable support due to a worn bed base, a metal base or a wooden base that is not comfortable; all condensation and mould problems are not covered.
  • Damage caused by folding the mattress

Finally, normal use of your mattress will prolong its comfort for many years. Take care of your purchase for maximum satisfaction.
